We serve adult, able-bodied men who are sober and willing to participate in our structured program. Guests must be respectful of others and ready to work toward stability. Guests are expected to engage with staff and case management daily.

Program Details Guests typically stay 60–90 days while they work toward employment and housing. The program includes meals, shelter, structure, and personal accountability. Our goal is to help guests move forward, not stay stuck. Daily Schedule Guests wake at 6:00 AM for chores and breakfast. After check-ins with case managers, they spend the day job hunting or working. Lunch and dinner are provided, with quiet hours beginning in the evening. Evenings often include prayer time and personal rest.

Every guest is assigned a case manager shortly after intake. You’ll set goals, check in regularly, and get help securing documents, employment, and housing. We walk with you every step of the way. Guests are expected to engage with staff and case management daily.

Safety & Program Expectations This program exists to provide a safe, structured, and respectful environment where men can regain stability, dignity, and direction. To protect the well-being of our guests, staff, and volunteers, we operate with clear expectations and boundaries. To remain in the program, guests must be sober, non-violent, and respectful toward others and the facility. Individuals who are intoxicated, disruptive, or threatening cannot be served and will be referred to another appropriate facility when necessary. These guidelines are not meant to exclude, but to protect. Clear boundaries help ensure a safe, stable environment where guests can focus on healing and positive change. ​ ​ Important to Know The Men’s Mission is a Christian ministry supported entirely by the generosity of donors and volunteers. We are not a city-run program and do not receive municipal funding. While we provide shelter, meals, case management, and spiritual support, we are not a medical facility and do not have on-site medical staff.
