A Place To Call Home

Permanent Supportive Housing For Families

Cornerstone Apartments is a permanent supportive housing program offering 24 fully furnished two- and three-bedroom units. Designed for low-income families experiencing homelessness and disability, this program provides both stable housing and the support needed to move toward independent living.

Residents are referred through local emergency shelters, social service agencies, and coordinated entry. As an extension of Cornerstone Rescue Mission, this program exists to provide not only housing, but hope, structure, and long-term stability.

Support That Moves Families Forward

Families are also required to complete life skills classes, including employment skills, financial management, parenting, nutrition on a budget, and healthy relationships.

  • Monthly case management

  • Individual service plans

  • Life skills classes

  • Goal tracking & accountability

  • Access to community resources
